The fitness industry offers generic workout plans, with 70% of users saying their routines don’t match their goals or abilities. Additionally, 60% of people find it hard to fit time-efficient workouts into their schedules, leading to frustration and a 30% drop in motivation over time.

80% of users prefer workout plans tailored to their specific goals, fitness levels, and preferences, finding generic plans less effective and motivating.
Time Constraints
Many users (around 60%) struggle to fit workouts into their busy schedules and seek efficient routines that can be completed in under 30 minutes.
Variety in Exercises
65% of users expressed the need for variety in their workouts to avoid boredom and plateaus, favoring plans that mix different types of exercises (e.g., strength, cardio, flexibility).
Accessibility of Equipment
A significant portion of users (about 50%) have limited or no access to gym equipment, preferring workouts that can be done at home or require minimal equipment.
